Stars & Stripes Printed Fabric Embroidery Pattern

Fabulous experience!

This is the first project I have worked on from Stitched Stories. The ordering process was easy and delivery was quick. Everything was packaged well. I love the 'spin' on the traditional flag and the three different designs. I have worked many embroidery projects and I was impressed by the quality of this one. The material on which the design is printed is very good quality. This is the first time I have worked with color printing on the material. It was an excellent guide on which colors go where, and like other printed fabrics, you should ensure to cover it with your stitches. The best part was that I could iron the fabric before placing it in my hoop without the ink smearing or coming off. The instructions that accompany the project were detailed enough for me to follow and I loved the 'Tips' that Debbie gives in the guide. It is well worth your time to read the instruction guide, no matter your skill level. I had a few questions for Debbie before I started the project. I emailed and she replied quite quickly with detailed answers. Great customer service! I absolutely loved working this project. After working many projects where the goal was to make the bird look real, the tree look real, etc - you get where I am going here - it was a breath of much-needed fresh air to work on this. The repetitive nature of the design calmed me and I found the process quite soothing in a way other projects have not been. Love the pattern!

I'm returning to needlework after retiring from teaching. I like the variety of stitches in embroidery and am really enjoying the Stars and Stripes pattern. Thank you!

I am currently working on the Stars and Stripes pieces. The instructions are clear and easy to understand and it's going to be beautiful when i am done !
