Love the bag but didn’t arrive in time

Love the bag however, Purchase express shipping, stated on the website the order would ship on the Friday. Didn’t ship until Monday and therefore arrived after i left for the trip I purchased it for. Understand postage can be out of the businesses control but they shouldn’t state on their website the item will be shipped on Friday if it won’t be or at minimum refund express postage charges when items aren’t sent when they should be.
