FIRST RAIN

First Rain, a beautiful scent I thought I'd never find again.

Years ago I lived in Bay Area, CA and shopped at a little store on Telegraph Ave., Berkley called The Body Shop. They lost their name to a big corporate company and were re-named Body Time, which has since closed because of high rents. I went there, on the regular, specifically for a scent I smelled during my first visit. It was called China Rain. Bought in lotion and pretty anything they sold.When they closed I kept the last roller ball bottle of perfume oil, used it sparingly. Even after it was gone, I kept the bottle. Open the cap once in a while. The scent is still there.... Anyway, I've tried plenty rain scents since, but pfft, and pretty much gave up finding anything like it again. Sometimes, in reviews, I read that someone else was looking for China Rain too, and were disappointed. So, when I ordered rain/wet scents from Black Tie I was expecting the rain/wet scents I, but to my surprise when I opened First Rain, even before I put it up to my nose, so familiar. It is the closest to that beautiful China Rain from the Body Shop, ever. I'm very happy. Will be ordering full sizes when I return home from this trip. It's almost as if you've reunited me with and old friend. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Haven't used it yet. But the smell from the bottle is right up my alley

What's not to like? BTB has amazing FOs and this is one of them. It smells so fresh and clean.
