It's cool, and I feel cool walking around with it! I've gotten compliments, and it has plenty of space. HOWEVER- 2 major issues. First off, the handles are far too small to stay on your shoulder (and I'm saying that as a small person to begin with). You'd think a bag sold by a library would actually be made for heavy books... which leads to the second issue- it had a good run but ended up with a large rip at the seam by month 5. And that's with rarely putting anything particularly heavy in it. I'm not sure it's worth the price, unless you're willing to replace the straps and reinforce the seams yourself.
