Works well after one day's operation

I replaced a two position mechanical/hydralic lift with the Bear Hollow electric lift. The lift just fits into the available vertical space with only 1/2" to spare. The four mounting bolts (3/16") are not included. The installation is straight forward. The installation instructions are poor. I had to add a 3/4" spacer block onto of the lifting arms so that the sewing platform height extended above the cabinet top. The lift motion is smooth with instant response from the UP and DOWN momentary switch. There are a couple of places in the lift travel where it consistently sticks a bit. Seems like mechanical interference or misalignment somewhere. My wife loves it !!! Time will tell about reliability.

Product arrived on time and in excellent condition. Still assembling the sewing machine table so have not had an opportunity to test in place. Unit working well on the workshop bench. Quiet operation. Pam at Bear Hollow was very helpful in sending device detailed dimensions. Looking forward to using this lift in my wife’s new sewing cabinet.
