THE BEE PENDANT

The picture of the item shows a paperclip chain but was sent with a “Belcher chain”. It does say Belcher in the description but not knowing what that was I assumed it was what was pictured. Customer service was rude even after this being my fourth order. I had ordered a gold Venetian chain in a previous order but was sent a snake chain instead and had to pay shipping to receive the proper one. When it arrived it was a full inch shorter than described on the site. I think its a classic bait and switch with these guys and will absolutely never order from them again. Buyer beware of this seller.
