Love these bras! I’m a 36DDD, 5’9”, 190lbs and I purchased this one in a Large.

Band does run a little big

My husband and I were big into fitness before getting pregnant and I’ve always had issues finding sport bras that fit before pregnancy and now with breast feeding……this one is a lifesaver! The material is soft and the removable pads don’t make you look so lumpy. Definitely going to buy a few more! For reference I am 5’6, 185lbs and currently 36G while breast feeding.
