Wrong part sold

I was sold the wrong part and then told that I’m wrong and that it is the right part and if I return it, there’s a restocking fee when the seal is 4 inches around and my front crank seal is an inch and a half around I’ve called twice and told the same thing that the seal that I was sold is correct when it clearly is wrong
