Loved the products. My pants were too oarge so i have ordered them in a smaller size. Im going to be traveling internationally and this will be my travel attire. Soft and comfy

This was the second pair that I have received. Both pairs had snags on the legs in just a matter of a few minutes. I would give the customer service aspect a 5+ for how easy they made it for me to return the first pair and how promptly I received the second. ALL top notch. But I think something is wrong with the fabric as a product that is being used in this particular style/color pant. I would suggest discussion with QC. The second pair was snagged on the leg within 2 hours also and I have no clue what I did but I am not rough on my clothes. I also have the type of soft fabric in 4 other suites and they wear super and have proved their worth. Wish I had more information for you. My guess is that still another pair in this blue fabric that I have will do the same thing so guess there is nothing else to do. I do value Varley as a quality company and above and beyond customer service skills. Please let me know if you have any questions.
