Framed Owner Certificate

I ordered a double matted framed owner’s certificate and received only the certificate. I received a response to my emails after sending three emails. The email stated that the frame would be mailed. However I have received no follow up since. It was extremely frustrating trying to find a path to communicate with the shop regarding the order. The email confirmation did not contain a clear path for communication with the store and neither does the shop link on the website. I am not foreign to computers although not a tech genius, so my extreme frustration I can only imagine 10X worse for a person more my senior.
