It is a beautiful peace of jewelry. I really love it!

My daughter loves it so much but after a few days it looks terrible. Very quick response to my email and polite. I would prefer the option to exchange the product for gold and of course pay the difference of price and for postage. The process sent to make it shine again is something that should be written in description. The items are fantastic for scientists and medics alike. Postage was fast and no issues.
