Was thrilled to learn my Glowing Heart still had more life in it! A new power cord did the trick. Excellent customer service and a prompt, reasonably-priced fix.

Easy fix

I love my red heart every day and was upset when it stopped working! I examined it, tried to fix it, and realized it was probably the power source. I called the support line and the gentleman’s opinion was it probably was the power source and that was an easy fix. It is working just fine now. Thank you for your service and a wonderful product.
