Love the design
The design is really nice. Love the look of the skirt with the scalloped hem. But the 14" wears more like a 15 or 16" style. I will keep it because it is still an attractive skirt, but would not order again...it wears very long on my 5' body. I always order 14" and they are significantly longer than this one.
