Returns aren’t easy!!!

I ordered four dresses, two of which are absolutely stunning and I love them, but two just weren’t for me. One of them was so long it reaches the floor… To be fair it’s a midi dress and I am quite short, but I still couldn’t wear it out in public. The other one has a fabric which when I tried it on just irritated me. This is nothing to do with the quality of the products. They are all very, very good. However, I’ve tried to return these two items and then I get sent an email asking for a breakdown of exactly what is wrong with them, and I’m still waiting four days later for a response to how to return these items. What I have received and what I have worn are lovely and comfortable and a great fabric and our lovely but the returns… It leaves a little to be desired so far.

Comfortable, stretchy, nice style and fit

I have ordered alot of dresses online and they almost always are that cheap thin polyester with no stretch. This dress is stretchy, comfortable, and fits nicely. And, of course, IT HAS POCKETS!
