The couch itself is great. The oversized seats make it really comfortable, and the removable, washable covers are exactly why I chose it. That said, the packaging makes setup a nightmare. I understand the goal of fitting everything into compact boxes, but the “airtight” pillows often get small holes and start inflating, which makes them extremely difficult to remove. When pulling pieces out, the wood on the bottom can break off, and I ended up cutting my hands more than once. A week later and i still have a portion thats not set up because i am not able to remove the seat/pillow from the back rest. I’m grateful for the setup videos available online because the written instructions are pretty poor and not very helpful.
