The package has never been delivered you don't take ownership of tracking the package in areas you deliever, which is a shame! I am based in New Zealand and all packaged I ordered in Europe always had an international tracking number or at least the sender could give me exact tracking. I paid a month ago didn't get delivered and you are not able to provide tracking this is unacceptable
