Apex Niobium Hematite Captive Bead Ring

jewellery is good quality, good shine and no scratches or marks. however i did order (2x) Black 16g 10mm rings, but i got 12mm rings instead and are way too big for me. Because i had trusted that they would be the correct size, i just opened them up and put them in without checking, which now means i can’t return them. It’s sad because i don’t have a lot of money to spend on jewellery, as it was gifted to me for my birthday so i could buy these, i really liked them and was excited to wear them (especially for the hematite), so i was very disappointed. please check the size is correct before opening! Also, when opening the jewellery to wear, twist the ring sideways instead of apart to avoid it becoming misshapen (learned that quickly). the balls do have a tendency to spin a lot even when the jewellery is fully closed. I still like them so they’ll maybe go in another piercing somewhere, but i wish they were the correct size so i can wear them in my bottom lip like intended.
