Misleading advertisement

The first impression of the head unit was great, exactly what I was looking for to replace my old one. However once I opened the box I discovered there was no instructions or information to explain all the extra leads and cables that came with the unit, it was sold as a "plug in play". Installation was very straight forward once working out what cable went where however instructions would have been better as the online video does not do a good job at explaining how to install it. I was unable to connect my reserving camera and antenna to the ports on the back of my unit, also when the drivers door (right) was open it would say left side door was open. Apple CarPlay takes ages to connect, bluetooth audio would cut in and out, and over all very slow unit considering I chose 6g ram + 128 storage. Overall I feel the product has been falsely advertised online.

Glitchy and low capability

My auto-electrician had heard these were okay but my experience is that they are far from okay. No user manual, important basic functions unavailable, poor hands-free voice transmission. The most concerning problem is the inconsistent performance from the unit where some functions simply don't function randomly. Perhaps I got a Friday afternoon build...?

No instructions but good if you know what you are doing
