Coin Good | Customer Service Not

The Crew 7 coin itself is great. However, the acrylic case it’s in is cracked and damaged (from shipping I’d imagine). Contacted customer service 2 times for a replacement case, with no resolution yet. It’s difficult to display a nice piece of SpaceX memorabilia with a busted case.
