I have made a few purchases from Cross and Crown. Their jewelry is absolutely gorgeous and true to what they state. The originally came across my FB page so I wasn't sure if I was going to be satisfied with the necklace I purchased, but it is absolutely stunning. (So much so I have recommended them to several people and made multiple other purchases.) On top of their jewelry being beautiful, their customer service is outstanding. I wanted to exchange a necklace for a larger size, they answered my emails in a matter of minutes (I sent it at 11 PM EST), immediately sent me a return label to send my smaller necklace back and made the exchange no problem. (It was way outside the return window.) Any time I need a religious piece of jewelry, I will come to Cross and Crown! Great company!
