Customer service could be better

Purchased 2012 Mazda 3 head unit, mic and reversing camera. Asked for help with wire diagram for reversing camera got parts diagram for head unit which I have already installed successfully. Asked again on how to wire camera because nothing is labeled and no installation instructions included, did not get a response. Contacted GTZone via WhatsApp and finally got diagram detailing where to connect wires. If they have them to send on WhatsApp why not mail them with the items purchased.
