Hyundai i30 Head Unit Upgrade Kit (2013-2017) - 9inch Wireless MultiTouch Smartscreen with Apple Carplay Android Auto

Phone volume too low and steering wheel controls non configurable. I have been chatting with support staff via WhatsApp about these two problems. I have sent photos and described the problems. I was asked to provide video evidence of these issues which I have sent via WhatsApp today. I am hoping for more help than I’ve had so far, please. Prior to purchase I checked thoroughly with GTZone for the correct head unit for my car.

Awesome Upgrade

Bought this for my 2016 i30 as old head unit was dying. easy to install thanks to their youtube video, very customisable if with tons of settings. i kept my factory reserving camera and it works great steering wheel functions work after rebind in head unit settings, (you can bind them to anything), wireless carplay just works. only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because they don't supply USB retention cable for factory USB port, i did contact support and they responded instantly saying they prefer people use the supplied USB cable instead but said you could buy a retention cable but don't know if it will work.
