Hitzer coal fireplace insert 503/983 LEFT BLOWER

Spent $120 for a defective blower with what seems like a bad bearing right out of the box. I emailed the Coal Shop to make them aware and give them a chance to make it right with no response, radio silence. This is not how business should be handled.
