I loved these cookies although they were packaged separately some cookies were very hard compared to the rest which were soft and chewy

Sheer Perfection
These cookies are my absolute favorites (including those with or without gluten)! Normally, I decline cookies without chocolate as I silently deem them unworthy of the calorie intake unless they include some great chocolate. Sans' Ginger Chew Cookies are the only ones for which I'll make an exception to the No Chocolate = No Cookie Rule! They are the perfect balance of spicy and sweet, and they have the ideal texture.
