Lovely pan. Performed perfectly. First time using it, I made a cheese omelette for two people with minimal fat in the pan, just enough butter to lightly coat the bottom of the pan and a little bit up the sides. Medium high heat used to warm the pan for a couple of minutes, and then lowering the heat to cook the omelette. It passed the test first time. The egg did not stick or burn. I just used a silicon spatula to move the omelette around the pan. It glided freely in the pan and onto the plate. Easy clean up afterwards with warm soapy water and sponge. The pan handle could be ergonomically designed to be a little more comfortable, but it did provide good grip as it did not slip in my hand when tilting the pan. The handle stayed cool. Bottom of the pan did not warp at all once cooled that I could detect. I used this pan on a ceramic stove top, but it is not induction. Very pleased with my purchase overall. I love my s/s baccarat wok too.

Great size plenty of room for big steaks. Very high quality.
