You never know when you make a purchase, especially one that is for something more about passion that pure economics if you have made the right choice and will regret your decision. The moments of truth usually comes when a problem occurs and you see the true underbelly of a company. And we had one. One of the pans had an issue and we felt that this was outside of the expected parameters. We know that the odd problem will occur and that they do not represent the overall. When we spoke to Our Place we instantly knew we had made the right choice. Their entire focus throughout the next steps was helping us get back to enjoying the product. The issue was quickly resolved and we love the products we have. So much so, that we don’t store them in a cupboard for no one to see, but proudly out in the kitchen so that people ask about them when they come in. Great products but even greater company to do business with. Thoroughly deserve the recommendations that they get. Paul
