The customer service I received due to an issue with this item is why it’s receiving 5 stars!
The necklaces I received is not what’s advertised on their website. After my initial order was received I reached out and got an immediate response & got my item replaced.
Today, I received my replacement necklace & it’s identical to what I initially ordered. Not sure why that is. Ive placed another order so we shall see.
I do highly applaud their customer service team! They reached out within hours of my email and took care of the issue.
