Nicole did a fantastic job on my custom collar and leash order. She asked me clarifying questions and really took the time to understand the challenges I've had with awkwardly proportioned corgis. She spaced the holes on the collar closer together so I can find the exact spot to be comfortable but not slip off my corgi's head. It's a perfect fit. Thank you so much, Nicole and Nellie!
