Bythlon Pedal System

After recently falling because I couldnt unclip from my speedplay pedals, I started looking around for alternatives…at 72, I don’t heal as fast as I used to! These provided an ideal alternative to flats. Their cleat fits tightly into the holes in the pedal, providing efficient power transfer when pushing forward at the beginning of the downstroke, yet they allow my shoe to lift out when necessary. I wish they had more rotational range…my speedplays were excellent in that regard. All in all, though, I’m very happy with the Bythlon pedals.

Great innovation for amateur cyclists. No more falls to the side for not disengaging in time! Works very well and I vike without worries! 👍
