This nattokinase is designed to survive stomach acid according to manufacturer. They are very competitive on price. I've yet to undergo cholesterol testing so I cannot vouch for efficacy, I have noticed warmer hands which indicates better blood flow. I am hoping I can give the product five stars eventually.
