Purchased two bottles about a year ago and put them on the shelf in my climate controlled closet. What I did not do was to shake the bottles first to ensure that the jell-caps were NOT stuck together. Months later I found that the jell-caps were a stuck together mass. Note that I have a personal supply store with many other jell-cap products and this is not an issue, nor had it been in the past with the Carlyle product. Research indicated that most likely the product was exposed to excessive heat during shipment. I contacted the company and after a bit of negotiating they agreed to replace both bottles. Although they said this was a one time only event. 5 stars for the product although customer service manager could have stepped up without attempting to only replace one bottle.

I don't really notice any change
