Pirate Backpack (Purple)

The bag arrived brand new, yet it had large STAINS all over it, as if it had already been used. The stitching was extremely poor, almost as if it had been made by someone using a sewing machine for the first time. I contacted Yumin Ha about the defects, but they refused to offer a refund or exchange. Their customer service was just as disappointing as the product quality. This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my friend but this brand completely ruined it. What a disappointing experience. Honestly, this doesn’t even deserve one star
