Yellowish orange in color due to annatto, this unpressed cheese is a savory, full-fat, full-flavored cheese that has blue veining evenly running through it. The flavor is somewhat of a cross between Cheshire and Stilton.

Nice creamy cheese. Looks like an orange blue cheese with the classic vascular webbing. Very nuanced flavor. Not quite as good as a Rogue River but still very good.
