Overall m happy. However, ReelYaks should look into their QC process. The rudder control system was rigged completely wrong, and so far I am at least missing the retaining pin for the rudder. There seem to be numerous issues reported on line about the rudder not being right upon delivery. The ReelYak decals on the side are already peeling off and it hasn't touched the water yet. That's terrible for marketing so that really surprised me to see that. So seems like their QC process should be looked into. Now that all being said, their customer service has been awesome. They are responsive and do what they say they are going to do. However, my girlfriend made a good point. what would she do if she were by herself to fix this rudder issue. For me its no big deal but she admitted she wouldn't be able to do the repair. So great customer service or not, that's something to think about

The kayak is excellent quality and value! Only removing a star as a part was missing from the pedal drive and awaiting customer service response.
