CIB DRI-DUCK Hooded Work Wear Jacket

The embroidery I wanted was not an option on the website was not an option so I contacted customer service. Scott the owner was quick to answer my questions. After he said he could put the Purple Heart Medal of the CIB I said let’s do it. He sent me the invoice in order to pay. The couple was shipped less than a week later. I definitely recommend them as they do excellent work and customer service is exactly what one would expect from a Veteran ran company!

I have ordered many things from 11 Bravo. I have ordered workout shorts, sweatpants, fleece jacket snd and a coat. All of them I did as a special order as the option for what I needed was not there. They are quick to respond to your message and if they could fulfill what you want send you a copy of invoice in order to pay for it. If by chance they make an error they will do all they can to make things right. I try to do as much business as I can through Veteran run companies.
