I absolutely love these blinds! The fit is perfect and they are beautiful! I’ll be getting them for all my windows! I even have them set to open at sunrise and close at sunset!

One of the shades had a defective motor. The customer service phone number do not work. The chat took over 6 hours for a response and then directed me to email. Email support took several days of back-and-forth with me sending multiple videos. Finally I was sent a replacement motor. The replacement motor is also defective and does not charge or power on. Additionally, several of my shades keep going unreponsive with the matter over thread connection requiring full factory resets and repairing to get them working again.

Easy to install and look amazing! I had a slight issue, but customer support was phenomenal. Already planning to purchase more blinds!
