Rakau Folding Steak Knife Set

Beautiful, sharp, craftsman like, does not lock, liking that for some it does not need to be fumbled with to close while the spring to keep it open keeps the blade firmly in place for your steak (yes, I tried it). I may keep a couple in the apartment and a couple in my camping gear. Almost perfect. A tiny gap between the wood and the steel hinge plates. 4.9, for all other perfections. I can highly recommend this.
