It runs big, but my biggest complaint is how this brand manages their customer service, which is the issue. They charge for shipping and the returns. They describe the item specifying all the details but when it comes to measurements they are not accurate. Obviously, you could return it or exchange it which is not an option. I ended up returning and paying $25.00 dollars for the return label. Horrible experience.
