Order was picked and shipped within 24 hours. Very much appreciated. However, the transit time from order to delivery was slower than expected via the USPS shipment method. Order was not received until a week later. Seems too long from mail to move from Tyler TX to Flower Mound TX. Yet, I was delighted that the order was filled accurately, completely and there was a personal note on the packing slip indicating a "bonus" package of seeds (sunflower) was provided. This act and personal note left me with a very positive impression of the brand Native Flora because they went above and beyond my expectations
