Purchased from bbq outlet. Karl Ford a true ambassador. Carriers somewhat different in their communication. Could do with a little more transparency between palletways. As far as the bbq is concerned FANTASTIC. Took a little while to put together but we'll worth the effort. No actually fired up yet but looks amazing. Many thanks Karl.

Solid Product and great service

This is the second Outback BBQ i have purchased, the previous one lasted many years. This latest Ranger 3 is well made and very solid. It's easy to build and requires two people. The quality is excellent and everything works fine. The customer service I experienced was first class and I would certainly recommend this product and company.
