I like drinking this in the winter. I put this in hot water, also in my coffee, instead of using creamer , or milk. It gives the coffee good flavor. Plus you don't get all of the extra calories. It gives you 14grams of protein. It only counts as I point on weight watchers.

I have been drinking this mix for years ( it was a different brand but box looked exactly the same). This brand seems sweeter which I am not a fan of but still great to drink on way to work in the morning. Hint: I put about 1/2 cup of coffee and 16oz of hot water in a 20oz cup.
