Great design but not comfortable

I won the grand prize for “Share a Coke with your Favorite Phillies Fan” contest sponsored by GIANT grocery and Coca-Cola. Purchased the Phanatic T and these sneakers. I wear a women’s 12 and purchased the 10.5 and 11. Not much difference between sizes. Kept the 11 so I could add my inserts as there was no arch support. I knew I’d be on my feet all day. Unfortunately even with my inserts they left my feet aching. The design was perfect and I did get a lot of compliments. But if you have any kind of issues with your feet, here’s your warning.
