I’m a third of the way into the first book. Love the characters. Love that it’s Canadian 🇨🇦 Looking forward to the rest of the series. 💖

The books themselves arrived quickly with no issue. I absolutely loved this series and was sad when it ended. Miriam is a 40 something divorced mom who had always tried to fit in and not cause problems. Now she is standing out, causing problems and unapologetically becoming the amazing version that she was always meant to be. There were a lot of laugh out loud moments and her story with Laurent is so good! If you get these you will not regret it!

The blend of humor, relatable real life stuff and urban fantasy setting won me right at page 1. If the other books are anything like the first tome? I'm in for one very satisfying reading experience.
