I have had severe leg cramps at night for years. I have tried all types of remedies but this cream by far has been the most help. I apply it to the bottom of my feet and on other troubled areas of my legs at bedtime and I have yet to have a cramp. And such an affordable price to boot! I wish this company all the success and encourage people to try it and tell others about it!
