Item came with minor cosmetic damages. Definitely was not a new pool robot although the oackaging looked new. The item was absolutely refurbished which is unfortunate because the orice is not reflective of a refurbished item. So far it works at least

Arrived damaged. I was unable to reach customer service to initiate a return or to get answers. I would not recommend this company. There is a rrason they sale refurbished. I had to call the manufacturer to reach Poolbots. I am currently waiting on my refund. I am expecting it to ve a very slow process.

Machine is horrible. Do not buy. Run it 3-4 times in pool and still doesnt ckean all walls. Clmplete waste of money!!
