Missing an essential component

The sheep ornaments arrived on time and they are relatively well made and very cute. They do not, however, have any way to hang them as ornaments nor do they have an obvious place to string a cord. I emailed the shop today about the issue and, rather than a response to my email, I received an invitation (the second) to review the product. The shop did respond and offer to send replacements, which I consider going above and beyond what would be required for good customer service.
