Pleasantly surprised! The packaging is superb. The pieces are encased in a zipper bag. The pieces are thick recycled material; no dust or tears. An insert and standable picture is included. Everything is top quality from the puzzle box, the pieces, the puzzle bag to the service. I love it!!

Beautiful Puzzle!

This puzzle Afro Motion I just finished, I absolutely love. I was impressed by the high quality not just in the pieces themselves but the box it comes in. I don't think I've ever seen more beautiful packaging. The box has a magnetic closure, and the pieces come in a velvety bag with a zipper. There was hardly any dust at all. Instead of the typical poster, this puzzle comes with a cardboard image of the puzzle that can stand on it's own. The pieces have a smooth matte finish which makes it easy on the eyes while still keeping the colors vibrant. They are sturdy and feature an irregular cut which made it different, but unlike some other puzzles with a non standard cut I really liked this one. It was the perfect amount of challenging and once I started it I was obsessed and couldn't stop until I finished it. It's not just a puzzle but Art by an artist not AI. It would be perfect to glue, frame and hang. They have so many other cool puzzles by amazing artists so I definitely will be doing more puzzles by this brand in the future.
