Initially not satisfied with product, I communicated with customer service who promptly adjusted and made good. Excellent service.

First impressions.

These guys do things a little different as you will find out, or already know if you are a customer. I sent a roll of 120 black n white, now I'm extremely critical of my photography, I currently use a Bronica sqa a Nikon F301 and a Canon eos 20D, and a good selection of lenses, studio equipment, and flashes. I develop n print my own black n white photo's. The service I had from AW was excellent, I spotted that the Brony had a light leak, which I've fixed. The service I received and the images were great too.
