Item as described but won’t shop here again due to customer service

I bought the item (it was as described)and then asked for a cancellation a day later before it was shipped and was told it was too late even though it wasn’t picked up for shipping for 3 days. So then I was left with the option of returning it (to China, even though it was shipped to me from NY) on my dime, or being stuck with it…won’t shop here again.
