Aaron was great to deal with, I had an inquiry around customising the gem stone. It was sorted out so quickly, the invoicing was so smooth to their website, hassle free. Purchase was a breeze. It is custom hand made, don’t expect to get a next day delivery :-) They do provide update, but wish there was a bit more communication around - order placed, next in-line to get made, ring made final touch in progress, packaged ready to ship, shipped. It would be an awesome customer journey with these little updates. Well crafted, you can see it for yourself in the photos. Fits perfectly! I love it! Only thing I wished for was the main section to have more greys and black from etching, but overall it’s amazing. Thanks AHW team, you’ll definitely be getting more orders from me.
